How do you know who is likely to sell?
A predictive model scores every home in the farm using ownership tenure, equity position, life-event signals, and local market conditions. We target the household. No private data is shown to anyone.
Is my neighborhood exclusive?
One agent per farm. The first agent to activate a neighborhood owns it. No competing agents run ads against the same addresses.
Am I locked into a contract?
Geo-farming is month to month. Campaigns can be paused or stopped at any time. Listing campaigns are one-time and do not recur.
What do I have to do after I sign up?
Approve your ad creative once. After that, we run everything. You receive a monthly report showing exactly what ran and what it cost. That is it.
